Job Description
Facility & Administrative Management
•Oversee all facility and administrative activities to ensure smooth operations and compliance with organizational standards
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks according to the Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule
• Respond to trouble ticket (TT) calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair work
• Coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty or Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
• Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, including electrical and mechanical components
Electrical Systems Management
• Installation support, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and materials
• Installation support, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components including photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, ti...
