Join our Engineering team and help shape the future of performance, reliability, and sustainability at our Visp site. In this role as Reliability & Performance Manager 80-100% (m/f/d), you will drive the definition and tracking of Engineering KPIs across all sub‑groups, evaluate maintenance and CQV activities to optimize cost and performance, and assess CAPEX effectiveness. You will also take ownership of sustainability initiatives by defining goals, KPIs, and projects, while acting as the key interface to our global sustainability program.
