Special Needs Educator / Intervention Teacher - Woodlands Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and caring Special Needs Educator to support children with developmental and learning needs in a positive and structured environment. Fresh graduates are welcome as training and guidance will be provided.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting 1:1 and small group intervention sessions
- Supporting children with autism, speech delay, ADHD, learning difficulties, and developmental delays
- Preparing teaching materials and simple lesson activities
- Managing children’s behaviour using positive reinforcement strategies
- Monitoring and updating children’s progress after sessions
- Communicating professionally with parents regarding child’s development
