Business Development Representative
Support the National Field Sales Team by driving market share growth across a defined portfolio of stores. Focus on AG Barr core brand distribution and visibility within impulse outlets to achieve model store status, while maximizing exposure of AG Barr brands through campaign and brand POS placement.
Responsibilities
- Adopt a Safety First mindset and comply with all required H&S standards (e.g., Safe Systems of work, Pristine Principles, Site Risk Assessments).
- Drive distribution of AG Barr Focus lines, ensuring specific stores stock must‑stock lines and showcase new product development.
- Embed the energy portfolio and Focus 5 Brands, improving sales rate and distribution on key energy and 500ml packs across all routes to market.
