Coinme is seeking a Contract Phone Support Customer Support Associate to provide exceptional real-time customer support via phone. You will handle high-volume inbound calls, resolve cryptocurrency transaction issues, and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of phone-based customer support experience and be fluent in English. The role offers fully remote work within Latin America, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM Pacific Time.
