Coinme is seeking a Contract Customer Support Associate focused on delivering exceptional real-time support via phone. Responsibilities include handling high-volume inbound calls and resolving cryptocurrency transaction issues while maintaining service excellence.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years in phone-based customer support, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and a genuine passion for customer care. This role is fully remote within Latin America (excluding Venezuela and Cuba).
