Coinme is seeking a LIVE PHONE SUPPORT CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSOCIATE to provide exceptional real-time customer support. The role involves handling high-volume inbound calls, resolving cryptocurrency transaction issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through direct voice interactions.
Successful candidates will have at least 2 years of relevant phone-based customer support experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for technology and cryptocurrencies. This is a fully remote position, suited for candidates in Latin America.
