Coinme is hiring a Customer Support Associate for fully remote work in Latin America, particularly focused on phone support for cryptocurrency transactions. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in a customer service environment and a strong understanding of digital currencies like Bitcoin.
The position entails handling high-volume inbound calls, resolving transaction issues, and maintaining a professional and supportive customer experience. Must be available Monday through Friday, and deliver exceptional service during all interactions.
