Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dental Recruiter to join our team on a part-time basis (10–20 hours per week). This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in agency-side dental recruiting who is equally comfortable on the client-facing side of the business.
The right candidate will know how to represent our company professionally, build trust with clients, understand hiring needs quickly, and source quality dental talent from external facilities and organizations. This is not a clinic-based recruiting role. We are specifically looking for someone who has worked for a dental staffing/recruiting agency or an agency that recruits for dental professionals.
