- Mentor engineers through coaching, structured feedback, and clear career development paths
- Own the full data lifecycle, including ingestion, transformation, storage, serving, and observability
- Drive technical direction through architecture design, code reviews, and complex troubleshooting
- Set best practices for data modeling, pipeline reliability, testing, and data quality
- Champion an AI‑first engineering culture by setting standards for AI‑assisted development and LLM‑powered workflows
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, ML, and Finance teams to deliver against a fast‑moving roadmap
