Responsibilities include working with customers, selling Cutco products, placing orders, and handling the training. No prior experience is required; all training is provided.
Pay & Incentives
Reps are paid weekly—base pay of $18.00 per presentation (not based on sales) or commission, whichever is higher. A commission structure is in place based on performance, giving an opportunity to earn more while ensuring a fallback income.
Training & Advancement
Solid training has been delivered for over 40 years. Even if a rep does not stay long term, the sales, networking, and communication skills built are valuable everywhere.
