Position Overview:
We are seeking an Epic Certified Configuration Analyst (Tapestry) to support the build, configuration, testing, and deployment of Epic’s Tapestry (Utilization Management) solution. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, operational subject matter experts (SMEs), technical teams, and downstream Epic application teams to translate requirements into scalable configuration and to ensure end-to-end readiness for go-live.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure, build, and maintain Epic Tapestry functionality aligned to approved requirements, policies, and operational workflows
• Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to elicit requirements, facilitate design workshops, and translate needs into configuration decisions
• Perform impact analysis for change requests; recommend standardization and best-practice configuration approaches
