About Us
Role Summary Our Cranberry, PA lab is the hub of hardware innovation at Sophos, and we’re looking for a Hardware Test Engineer to take it to the next level. This is a hands-on, highly varied role where no two days look the same;
you might be repairing prototypes, automating test plans, staging customer issues, or fine-tuning thermal and RF chambers.
You’ll be the go-to resource onsite, ensuring the lab runs smoothly while continuously improving its capabilities. Working closely with global teams in Taiwan and India, you’ll bridge development and testing, bringing hardware to life and making sure it’s battle-ready before it ships.
This role will require you to be onsite 5 days a week out of our Cranberry, PA 16066 office.What You Will Do
