This role will serve as a strategic partner between HR, Payroll, and IT, ensuring HR processes are aligned with enterprise IT standards for security, auditability, and scalability. This role is critical in helping modernize and streamline HR systems while maintaining strong relationships with HR and Payroll stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate brings a consulting mindset, deep technical expertise in UKG Pro with ADP and LMS integrations, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
