Remote Island Lobster Factory Manager

Crayon ?️ is seeking a Lobster Factory Manager to manage operations on Tristan da Cunha, one of the world’s most remote inhabited islands. This role involves overseeing the full lobster processing operation, ensuring compliance with quality and sustainability goals, and managing a local workforce.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong HACCP knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a challenging environment.
