We are seeking a proactive and driven IT Recruiter to support our technology recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will partner closely with clients and candidates to ensure efficient and effective hiring, while also providing career guidance and recruitment advisory services.
Responsibilities- Supporting our IT recruitment activities.
- Work closely with respective clients to deliver their recruitment needs by executing necessary processes and activities (sourcing, screening, job matching) pertaining to recruitment and selection
- Attract job seekers and ensure suitable fit for job seekers and job availability.
- Conduct phone / video screening for potential candidates of the position and support the arrangement for interviews
- Work closely with clients to gather interview feedback and fine-tune screening criteria
