Qualifications:
- Provide L2 support: Respond to issues and complete Root Cause Analysis (RCA) within SLA (Service Level Agreement).
- Develop and maintain ETL and data integration solutions using Pentaho and Java.
- Work with teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
- Optimize performance of data integration processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in data pipelines and integrations.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements.
Kỹ năng Chuyên môn
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience with Pentaho Data Integration (PDI).
- Experience in Java and basic software development.
- Understanding of ETL processes and best practices.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
