Overview
The Hustle is hiring a full-time Lead Editor & Motion Designer to define and scale the visual language of our YouTube-first editorial videos (long-form and Shorts). You’ll own edits end-to-end, elevate and maintain our graphics and motion system, and turn scripts into high-retention, visually coherent stories that make complex business and tech topics easy to follow and fun to watch.
Responsibilities
Deliver post-production for long and short-form stories:
- Edit YouTube-first, long-form videos from audio string-out to final cut on deadline, along with Shorts (both repurposed and original).
- Design and animate clear data visualizations, diagrams, and explainer sequences for business and tech topics.
