This role focuses on overseeing the Clinical Monitoring unit's daily operations, including policy and process improvements. You will represent clinical teams, foster essential partnerships, and ensure the successful delivery of clinical monitoring services. Engage in site monitoring and support staff development, while ensuring all regulatory and sponsor requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
