This multi-role opportunity spans mining/quarrying operations, processing plants, maintenance and reliability, projects, and HSE leadership. Roles are suitable for mid- to senior-level professionals with growth potential into Plant Manager, Maintenance Manager, Operations Manager, and Site Leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead safe, efficient production across mining and processing operations (mine-to-plant integration where applicable)
- Strengthen compliance with MSHA/OSHA requirements across plant and field environments
- Optimize processing performance (throughput, yield/recovery, quality) using data-driven troubleshooting
