The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical and nonclinical tasks related to patient documentation, chart preparation, and various administrative duties. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Clinical Responsibilities:
New Patient Documentation/Chart Prep (OSA) Obstructive sleep apnea
- Complete HPI using a template
- Document summary of results from previous sleep study reports
- Obtain serial and device numbers for patients already on PAP therapy for wireless access/compliance downloads
