Shift:
Monday to Friday
9am to 5pm (Remote)
What you bring:
- You are an HR professional with excellent communications skills both written and oral
- Your education/work history reflects experience and knowledge in staffing and recruitment
- You are punctual, reliable and have a sense of urgency
- You believe that the customer comes first and excel at building relationships
- You assess applicants to determine the right fit and can coach and guide along the way
- You are on the same page as your clients and can understand their challenges
- You can make a high volume of outbound calls to confirm placements
- You are a staffing expert and can plan out daily shifts/schedules
- You look to problem solve rather than problem share
