Overview
An highly respected luxury safari lodge operation located in a spectacular remote wilderness area in Uganda - East Africa is seeking a passionate and experienced Lodge Management Couple to lead the daily operations of a well-established safari lodge and camp.
This role is ideally suited to a dynamic couple with strong hospitality backgrounds who are comfortable living and working in a remote environment and who are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, strong operational leadership, and high standards of service excellence .
The successful couple will act as hosts, managers, and ambassadors for the property , ensuring guests enjoy a memorable safari experience while maintaining efficient operational oversight of the lodge.
The Role
The Lodge Management Couple will jointly oversee all aspects of lodge operations including:
- Guest experience and hosting
