Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and communication-driven Sales & Customer Success Representative based in the United States to support both new business outreach and ongoing client success.

This role is responsible for actively engaging potential leads through cold calling, email, and text outreach , following up consistently, and helping move opportunities forward through clear and professional communication. In parallel, this person will manage communication with existing clients, maintain strong relationships, regularly check in to ensure satisfaction, identify any issues early, and help resolve concerns quickly and effectively.
