We partner with high-growth startups and scale-ups across the US and Europe, embedding senior recruiters directly into their teams under a Talent OS model — combining recruitment, employer branding, and technology to deliver both immediate hires and long-term hiring infrastructure.
Our clients are typically Series A–D companies across SaaS, deep tech, and healthcare who need to scale fast without the overhead of a full internal TA team. We’ve grown to 160+ people globally in under four years. The US chapter is starting now.
