This role is responsible for building structured training programs, managing and coaching SDR teams, and ensuring operational excellence across sales enablement processes. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in sales leadership, understands outbound sales motions, and is highly operational, tech‑savvy, and process‑driven.
