Remote Senior ML Engineer — Predictive Modeling & Impact

Techwaresoft LLC is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and scale machine learning models that influence customer engagement and retention. In this full-time remote role, you will work across data, product, and engineering domains to generate predictive insights from customer behaviors.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3-6 years of experience, and strong Python and ML algorithm expertise. A Master's degree is preferred, alongside skills in data handling and model evaluation.
