As a part of Rackspace Technology’s mission to provide exceptional support to our customers, the SVP of Delivery and Operations will be responsible for the company’s overall technical operations and service delivery, including running multiple/simultaneous small projects to large-scale, mission-critical portfolio projects. This role requires efficient delivery and quality standards that are the best in the industry. The SVP, Delivery & Operations, will bring expertise and discipline to create a measurable impact towards strengthening brand equity and differentiation for the company in the market by bringing experience in digital infrastructure, cloud storage, and customer delivery.
