Job Description
As a **Remote Service Engineer** at Philips, you will provide exceptional technical support through remote diagnostics and on-site support to both our internal and external customers as well as field partners. You will combine your technical, networking and customer interaction skills utilizing the latest remote access technologies to assist healthcare customers, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining our business targets. Computed Tomography (CT) is the main modality for this position and you will deliver high level support to our Nordic customers with an extra focus on Denmark.
