Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for USA & Canada wholesale accounts and local sales representative's teams
- Manage wholesale order entry, adjustments, cancellations, and special orders
- Process returns, damages, and RMA claims
- Coordinate reverse logistics with Operations and warehouse teams
- Provide shipment updates, ETAs, and proactive account follow-ups
- Resolve order discrepancies and escalate issues when needed
- Partner with Logistics and Accounts Receivable on order-related matters...
