Plasticos Castella SA in Guadalajara is seeking a Test Development Engineer to enhance our Intelligent Infrastructure division. You will design test systems, develop test software, and support manufacturing processes while ensuring product quality and reliability.
Candidates must have a BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field, fluent English, and 5-8 years of experience in software manufacturing testing. A hybrid work schedule will be supported based on organizational needs.
