: As a Commercial Title Officer, you will be working alongside a team of escrow officers and underwriters with decades of combined experience closing complex commercial real estate transactions. In this role, you will be responsible for acting as a liaison between various transaction parties, examiners, and underwriters in order to provide exceptional customer service throughout the life of the transaction and ensure a seamless closing process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the closing process.
• Review and analyze title commitments for commercial properties to identify and resolve title issues, such as liens, encumbrances, and other title defects.
• Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction.
• Manage the recordation of documents including deeds, mortgages, and other related documents.
