This is a remote position. Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and budget. Research and recommend destinations, accommodation, transportation, tours, and activities. Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, cruises, vacation packages, and car rentals. Provide clients with accurate travel information, itineraries, and documentation requirements. Monitor reservations and communicate any travel updates, schedule changes, or disruptions. Assist clients with resolving travel-related concerns before and during their trips. Maintain accurate client records and booking information. Stay informed on travel trends, supplier offerings, and destination requirements. Develop professional relationships with travel suppliers and industry partners.
