Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with various HR functions (Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Onboarding, Performance, Learning, etc.) to understand business requirements, process pain points, and improvement opportunities.Conduct business analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis covering core HR, recruitment, performance management, compensation, and other HR system areas.Gather, organise, and prioritize business requirements; prepare clear functional specifications, user stories, or BRD/FRD documents.Work with Technical teams or vendors to translate business needs into system configurations, enhancements, or integration solutions.Participate in end-to-end project delivery, including system setup, user acceptance testing (UAT), data preparation, change management, and post-go-live support.Identify opportunities for process automation and system integration to improve HR operational ef...
