Salary: 80000 PHP/month
Required Skills
- 3 years of experience in Renewals management
- Direct experience in Renewals Customer Success, inside sales, account management
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reaching out to customers to discuss renewal opportunities and address any concerns or queries
- Providing personalized support and solutions to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products or services
