Renovation Sales Consultant Compensation and Benefits:
+ Compensation: This position is 100% commission-based. The salary range listed ($100,000–$200,000+/year) is a good-faith estimate of potential annual earnings based on sales performance targets. Actual earnings will vary depending on individual results. Employees in this role will also receive a draw against commissions.
