Job Summary
Supervising and lead Renovation site operations by interpreting structural drawings, supervising teams, resolving site issues, and ensuring quality and progress according to project plans and schedules.
Responsibilities- Manage renovation activities and monitor progress independently to meet project deadlines
- Interpret and apply structural drawings, specifications, and technical requirements to guide site work
- Supervise and lead a team of workers to execute renovation tasks effectively on site
- Identify and resolve design and site problems encountered during construction to maintain workflow
- Ensure quality standards are met by inspecting work and enforcing compliance with specifications
- Implement the Project Manager’s work plan to align site activities with project objectives
