We are looking for a motivated and reliable Rental Exclusive to support the day-to-day management of a portfolio of holiday rental properties across the Marina Alta area.
This role is ideal for a well-organised, customer-focused professional with rental experience, good local knowledge, and a hands‑on approach to delivering excellent guest experiences.
Tasks
- Support the day‑to‑day operations of a portfolio of short‑term rental properties
- Coordinate bookings across multiple platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, direct bookings, etc.)
- Handle guest communication before, during, and after their stay
- Assist with organising check‑ins and check‑outs
- Coordinate with cleaning, laundry, and maintenance teams
- Ensure properties are well‑presented and meet quality standards
