Customer Experience Associate - Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
- Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Respond and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalation protocols.
- Achieve assigned business objectives and promote banking solutions efficiently.
