Role responsibilities
- Organise team and workflow through production.
- Ensure quality repairs are completed to scope within time frame.
- Coach and develop team to improve capability and productivity.
- Check repairs are completed correctly at each stage and, complete final quality assurance sign off.
- Ensure the site is kept clean and safe at all times.
- Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Trade qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting.
