Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated senior analyst to support and maintain multiple reporting and analytics applications, including SAP BI (WebI), Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (Cubes), SAS Business Rules, Workiva, ARM and related tools. This role focuses on user support, access management, and continuous improvement of reporting processes. The majority of requests are received through ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage user access and address issues reported across various reporting applications (WebI, Power BI, Cubes, Business Rules, among others).
- Process and resolve support requests through ServiceNow, ensuring accurate follow-up and effective solutions.
