Job Role:
We are seeking an experienced Reporting & Data Visualisation Specialist to lead the creation of high‑impact, insight‑driven reports for mobile telecoms customer experience benchmarking.
This role sits at the intersection of telecoms performance data, business storytelling, and visual design excellence. You will transform complex datasets (drive testing, walk testing, crowdsourced and network KPIs) into clear, compelling narratives tailored for audiences ranging from C‑suite executives to project managers and radio/network engineers.
This is not an entry‑level or train‑up role. You must already understand both:
· Mobile telecoms performance metrics, and
· How to design reports that drive decisions at different business levels.
