Role Overview
We are hiring immediately for a technical service representative, which we call a service agent. In this role, you will take care of our customers’ service and repair needs. No experience required!
Responsibilities
- Create an amazing customer experience at the service desk.
- Provide delivery and installation services for our customers in their homes.
- Ensure vehicles and equipment are well‑maintained.
- Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving abstract.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
- Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers.
