Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Representative is responsible for collecting on and providing services for all customer invoices related to freight-related services (AR) and non-freight related services (ASI) including demurrage, customs inspections, etc.
Level of Responsibility
Responsible for quality and timeliness of personal work. Contributing to projects with guidance, supporting team/organizational objectives. Increased handling tasks with greater independence as experience in the role progresses.
Key Tasks
- Lead the collection process for overdue accounts with advanced negotiation skills honed through a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Conduct thorough account reconciliations, including issuing credit notes and adjustments as needed.
