Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and OEMs for day-to-day operational coordination

Handle Global customer accounts, ensuring consistent service delivery and communication

Respond to customer queries related to orders, pricing, delivery timelines, and invoices

Prepare, review, and submit quotes accurately as per customer requirements and approved pricing
