Job Description
▪ Preparing daily Material shortage report and meeting with PPC (Production Plan and control) and buyers. ▪ Preparing material requirement plan as per production floor needs. ▪ Material receiving, storing, preservation, feeding to assembly line as per BOM, DOM and production Plan. ▪ Daily update of stock Stores Management, Inventory Management.
• Line side Manpower handling • Making shift schedule every week of the dept. • Work quality improved & system improved . Line feeding /BOM/DOM ETC . 5 S Knowledge . KAIZEN /POKA-YOKA /JDI . ISN / RMN Meeting handling . Production Meeting / Shortage of laydown plan . line side two bin system . part handover with signature to line
