Job Description
Project accounting, WIP, revenue recognition, progress billing, retention, VAT, cash flow, and reporting.
- Manage and reconcile work-in-progress (WIP) reports across all active projects.
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition in alignment with ASC 606 and other applicable accounting standards.
- Prepare and issue progress billing statements to clients in a timely manner.
- Track and administer project retainers, including release timelines and recovery procedures.
- Maintain compliance with VAT regulations and ensure accurate tax reporting.
- Monitor project cash flow and deliver forecasts to support financial planning and budgeting.
- Produce comprehensive financial reports for management, stakeholders, and internal audit.
- Partner with project managers and cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial analysis.
