Job Description
Serve as a key strategic partner to the Founder, managing ad-hoc and high-priority initiatives across business functions. Lead end-to-end execution of special projects, including market expansion, new product launches, and internal process optimization. Coordinate with department heads to align goals, track progress, and deliver timely updates to senior leadership. Conduct market and competitive intelligence research to inform strategic decision-making. Draft presentations, reports, and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders. Manage calendar, communications, and documentation for the Founders Office with precision and discretion. Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions to enhance productivity.
