- Partner with Regional Managing Directors to drive business performance, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
- Oversee the integration of acquired regional businesses into the global operating model.
- Drive business transformation initiatives, performance management frameworks, and working capital optimization.
- Provide strategic financial insights and decision support to regional and global leadership teams.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and global standards across all financial and legal functions.
- Lead and develop high-performing finance teams across multiple jurisdictions.
- Represent the finance function in cross-functional and global leadership forums.
