Source and curate high-performing products from leading Indian brands Negotiate pricing, margins & terms (SOR, SC, Exchanges) Hunt for and onboard brand-new brands onto the platform Analyze sales trends and optimize assortment Track inventory movement and product performance Work closely with category, ops & analytics teams Requirements 23+ years in buying, merchandising, or procurement (baby/kids preferable) Someone who picks up the phone and makes the call & doesnt wait for the inbox Relentless on follow-ups, without being chased A genuine brand hunter, energised by solving startup problems Analytical mindset with attention to detail Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
